Josh Ginsberg is an experienced cannabis entrepreneur and advisor, with over 139 cannabis licenses to his name. With over 16 years of cannabis industry experience from seed to sale, he has a demonstrated history of fast and strategic business growth.
Josh has built several multi-store dispensary chains in the cannabis industry, including co-founding and building Native Roots from the ground up to become one of the largest legal marijuana production and distribution companies in the world, with more than 600 employees alone. He also has cannabis assets across North America, including in Ohio, Missouri, California, Illinois, New Jersey, and 4 provinces in Canada, with deep expertise in the CBD industry. Across his portfolio, his companies employ more than 1100 people in the cannabis industry.
With his skills in management, strategic planning, business development and leadership, he helps teams win coveted licenses and succeed in their business ventures. Josh has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Computer Science from Bucknell University.
